No Bong Hits 4 Jesus
The Supreme Court has ruled against a student in Juneau, Alaska saying the displaying of a banner reading “Bong Hits 4 Jesus” could be interpreted as promoting drug use and therefore in violation of school policy. The student was suspended from school as a result.

Welcome to the first fatblog. Goal for sugars are to be below 120. This is always measured first thing in the morning. So far, so good. Goal for weight is to maintain at around 195. So only 11lbs to loose. I’m not so worried about getting to 195 as I am about maintaining that weight.
